BREACH OF THE RULES
For having accepted the nomination of a horse for a recent meeting at Bundaberg (Queensland) without the necessary fee having then been paid, Mr. George Arnold, secretary to the Bundaberg Racing Club, was fined £5 by stipendiary steward,- Mr. N. Frawley. During the inquiry into the running of the horse, Kythera, it was disclosed that the nomination was accepted, but the formalities were not completed until the morning of the race meeting.
