FALL OF M. GOGA
'ISRAEL, YOU'VE CONQUERED'
BUCHAREST, February 11. Jews throughout the country are discreetly celebrating the fall of M. Goga, and newspapers suppressed under his Ministry are preparing to reappear. "Israel, you've conquered," declared M. Goga. Referring to.the seven exPremiers in the new. Cabinet, he said: "These men brought the country to its present unfortunate position. What can one expect from such a Government? King Carol asked me to join, but I refused."
Simultaneously with ■ the army decree, 66 new prefects, 30 of whom are colonels and lieutenant-colonels, have been appointed.
