' In the Supreme Court today.Mr. Justice Kennedy " admitted Kenneth Johnston Russell to two years' probation on two charges of forgery to which Russell pleaded guilty in -the Magistrate's Court. Special conditions were that Russell should make restitution of £15, the amount which had been obtained as the result of the forgeries, and pay the costs of the prosecution. , . Counsel said the accused was 20 years of age and had been unfortunate k» experiencing a period in which it was difficult for young men to find, work. He had never been in trouble before.
