'■■'■■ ; LONDON, February 11. ..The "Daily Mail" says' it is understood that' Imperial Airways, may ba reconstituted to operate under a Government charter similar to that of the British Broadcasting Corporation. This would' be a result of the findings' of Lord Cadman's committee appointed in November last to inquira into allegations of inefficiency in the^ running of British air lines.' The find-* ings are expected to. be issued withia the next few days. •
