CIVIC ELECTIONS
RATEPAYERS' CAMPAIGN
Owing to the importance of the local body elections to be held next May, the Wellington Ratepayers' Association has decided to spread the responsibility of conducting the campaign by inviting the, co-operation of a wide field; of citizens. At a recent meeting of the executive ot the association,; a subcommittee was appointed to make the necessary arrangements!,; Particulars of the campaign will be available, for publication within the next;week or ten days. ,' !
Others than ratepayers would do well to see that their names are upon the municipal voting roll. The main roll is closed, but the supplementary roll will be open until April 13.
