. According to the Sfocknolm correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph," the former Soviet Minister to Norway, M. Jakubovltch, has arrived there, en route to Moscow, where it is believed he will be sentenced to death. He decided to go to Moscow after receiving the news that his two sorts had been arrested and threatened with death unless he returned. ,
