THEFT OF MONEY

The theft of £10 in money, the pro« perty of P. Burke and Co., was admitted by Edward Wilfred Kirk, labourer, aged 23, 'when he appeared before Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M.,\in the Upper Hutt Court yesterday. He also pleaded guilty to a charge that being a person convicted of theft he trespassed on a racecourse. '
