CYCLING BAG-SNATCHER
', RUNS DOWN HIS VICTIM

A tag-snatcher employing a daring method for his'crime, and one which might result in serious injury to the Victim, is at work in the city. He rides-a bicycle and collides with his intended victim.
His first; adventure involved nn elderly woman who suffered the loss of a leather hand-bag containing about £2 in cash and other articles valued at between £4 and £5.
"The incident happened about 0 o'clock last night," the woman told a reporter* this morning. "I was cycling along Dublin Street when another cyclist suddenly.. collided with me without any warning. I fell to the ground with my machine, and while I was lying on the road helpless my bag was taken awqy from.me,"
