Mr. and Mrs. J. O'Shea, Wellington, who have been staying with their daughter, Mrs. M. Holden, Gisborne, are now visiting Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Todd and Mr. and Mrs. R. su. Tripe, who have been spending the holidays in the Sounds, returned to Wellington during the weekend. Mrs. Dutton, F v itzherbert Terrace, left on Saturday for New Plymouth, where she will join her daughter and they will make a tour of the' Hot Lake Districts. Miss Nora McLaren, Hataitai, who has been staying at "Hillsbrook," Havelock North, has left for the East Coast where she will stay at the Te Puia Hot Springs Hotel. Miss J. Fenwick, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. Edgar dazlett. Dunedin. Mrs. Harold Corkill, Park Street, and her mother, Mrs. Allen, Edinburgh, are making a holiday visit to New Plymouth. Mrs. K. Mitchener and Miss Joan Mitchener, Hataitai, returned to Wellington on Saturday from a holiday in Napier and Hastings. Mrs. R: Hughes, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. E. R. Pilkington, ramakl West, Auckland, left by , car on Saturday for her home in Palmerston North. Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Kettle, Napier, with their family, are making a holiday visit to Taupo. Mr. and Mrs. W. Flanagan and Miss Shirley Flanagan, Kelburn, have returned to Wellington after spending a holiday in Havelock North. Miss A. Fitz-Henry, Christchurch, who has been visitng her niece, Mrs. David Blair, Wellington, has returned home. She was accompanied by Mrs. Blair, who will stay with her mother, Mrs. F. W. Borrell, St. Albans. '■ Mrs. James Pow, Wellington Is staying at the Masonic Hotel, Napier, with a party of overseas visitors who are making a motor tour of the North Island. She will return to Wellington in three weeks' time. ' Mrs.. Maurice Hair and Miss C. Hair, Wellington, are /the guests in Cambridge of Mrs. L. Carey. Miss C. S. Bell, of, the staff of the Wellington East Girls' College, has lel!. for Sydney, en route to England. Mrs. G. W. Agar is a Wellington visitor to Auckland! ' Mrs.'Herbert Lawry, Lower Hurt, who has been staying with Mrs. A. E. Lawry, Auckland, is visiting Rotorua and the Waitomo Caves. Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Clark and family, Lower Hutt, are spending the holidays at Te Awanga, Hawke's Bay. Miss Alison Nicoll and Miss Peggy Wincot, who have been spending a holiday at To Mahia, the Sounds, have returned to Wellington. Mrs. O. Jensen, Wellington, who has been visiting Rotorua, is now in Auckland. Miss Daisy Harman, Opawa, who has been the guest of her sister, Mrs. Austin Cook, Kelburn, has returned to the south. Miss C. DWyer, Kereru Road, Day's Bay, left by car for Hastings on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. W. Herand, Rona Bay, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Meyer, Rangiora, North Canterbury, Mrs. D. C. Hall, Sydney, and her small son, lan, arrived by the Awatea today and are the guests of the Misses Wilkins, Roxburgh Street Miss G. Death, Wellington, is visiting her mother, Mrs. A. E. Death, Hawera. Miss Joan Inglis, Wellington,, is visiting .Timaru, where she is the guest of Mrs. W. Burns. Mrs. Hawkes, Wellington, who has been the guest of Mrs. W. Lockie, Hastings, has returned home. Mr. and Mrs. J. Downs, Wellington, are the guests of Mrs. W. Sandlant, Gisborne. Miss Lesley Wallis Jackson,' of the A.M.P. staff, who left in October for an extended holiday in Melbourne and Sydney, returned by the Awatea today. x Mrs. M. Kenny, Gisborne, is the guest of Mrs. J. Ryan, Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. James Price and Miss Feo Price, Wellington, who have been spending a holiday in Napier as the guests of Mrs. Otto Rumpler, have returned home. . . .'
