TWO HUSBANDS

SECOND KILLS FIRST

(Received November 19, 10,30 a.m.)

ST. GEORGE (Utah), Nov.

Mrs. Charles Bosshard finally knows the truth about her two husbands. Her first was slain and buried in an abandoned well near the ranch house where she lives, and she has been married for two years to the man who killed him.

Spencer Malan, the first husband, when angry always threatened to desert her, and he finally disappeared in 1935. She reluctantly obtained a divorce and married Bosshard, who treated her kindly.

Rumours spread, however, and the sheriff obtained a confession from Bosshard and Mrs. Bosshard's brother that they both killed Malan after a drunken brawl.
