NEW YORK, November 18. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rogers, friend! \ of the Duke of Windsor, have arrived from France. They declared that their arrival was not connected with the Duke's plans for a future visit, and they regretted the cancellation of his American tour. They emphasised that the Duke has no Fascistic leanings, and is sincerely interested in housing problems. " '
