ESCAPED BRITISH BALLOON
(Received November 16, 11.25 a.m.) PARlS,.November 15.
The British observation balloon which escaped from Manston finally came down in a cabbage field in Belgium. The French balloon' which escaped from Trappes, near Versailles, came down at Signeville.
