CHRISTMAS TOURS
Arrangements were completed at last night's meeting Of the board of directors of the Wellington V.M.C.A. for two tours during the Jhristmas holir days. One party will spend four weeks in Australia and the other will travel to the West Cbast of the South Island! On the latter tour twenty-five young men .will travel in a large bus and they will.be.the first touring party of any size to traverse the newly-opened Lewis Pass road which gives access from Hanmer Springs to Reef ton . While in the glacier region the party, will stay a. Waiho Gorge. -• ,
