The space down the centre. of the boxes is laid down in a superior asphalt, and forms a perfect track for both man and horse. A complete drainage system has been put in by Messrs. Heatley, and when the frontage has been railed off into exercise yards Mr. L. G. Morris will have a most up-to-date training establishment. Adjacent to the entrance a loading bank has been provided for, and speaking generally Messrs. Heatley and Son deserve great credit for their planned outlay, road work, and drainage. This firm are experts in constructing asphalt lennis courts, roadjvays, and all concreting. They supply gravel and sand and give free quotations for all such work.
