LONDON, November 1,

The Jerusalem correspondent of the "Daily Herald" reports that British sappers are laying death-traps in the caves of Palestine's "terror triangle," where a big band of Arab extremists is being rounded up. The area of the operations is a mountainous district bordered by a line joining Tulkarem, Nablus, and Jenin. The mountains are full of caves, many of which are known to serve as hiding places for Arab terrorists. The sappers leave a mine in each cave, and.it explodes as soon as the trip wire is touched by anyone taking refuge.

The British United Press correspondent at 'Jerusalem says the prisons are so crowded that the authorities are preparing concentration camps.
