PLEA OF NOT GUILTY

(Reoeived September 9, 10.10 a.m.) ELIZABETH TOWN (N.Y.), Sept/ 7. The golfer John Montague was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charge of theft of 700 dollars. His trial will take place during the week beginning October 11.
