POINT HALSWELL AND BAY ROADS

(To tha Editor.) Sir.—The road round Evans Bay, especially that corner just past Carlton Gore.Road- turning, should be bitumenised right across at all corners. This would save running off the bitumen and remove dust nuisance and danger to drivers and to pedestrians from flying stones. The road round Point Hals Well needs sealing, too, to remove the horrible dust nuisance, especially on Sundays. A good drive is spoiled through excessive dust. It is the most beautiful drive possible—why the dust nuisance? —I am, etc., MOTORIST.
