UPPER HOUSE DEBATE
The Hon. M. Connelly will move the Address-in-Reply debate in the Legislative Council, and the seconder will be the Hon. T. Brindle, according to an announcement made last night by the Leader of the Legislative- Council (the Hon. Mark Fagan).
