A new Dunedin suburb in the making is Clyde Hill, where 36 houses out of 56 brick dwellings are now in course of construction under the City Council's ..housing scheme. Three are already tenanted, and no two houses are to be alike. ' When the City Corporation has expended £2000 placed aside for the purpose of improving roads the new suburb should be as comfortably situated as any that has been settled for years. •
