ONSLOW CLUB
The annual meeting of the Onslow Cricket £lub was held recently in the Khandallah Hall, there being about 30 .members and friends present* Mr, C. T. Jeffreys, president, who was in the chahv commented upon the Very favourable'; season the club had enjoyed both financially and on the field. The junior A and third A teams •both ■ won their respective championships, whilst the junior C and third B also had 'quite a good season. The favourable financial position was due largely to the good work of the treasurer, Mr. H. Taylor, and Mr. F. C. Gentry. < ': ■ ' Several new members were elected, and the Club is looking forward to another enjoyable season. \ The'following officers were elected: Patron; -Mr: J.> G. Smith;' president, Mr. C. T. Jeffreys; vice-presidents, Messrs. S. Agar, F. Bennett, A. B. Card, H. H. Cornish, H. L. Cummings, A. B. Gibbons. R. B. Gibbons, W. H. Gledhill, R. Johnston, J. P. McKay, C. Maloney, C. Murphy, E. Picot, and Dr. Litchfleld; delegates to Wellington 'Cricket 'Association, Messrs. F. C. ! Gentry, ,E. BulL.and F. Lenihan; hon. secretary', Mr. A.
