QUEEN CARNIVAL DANCE
A very, successful dance In aid of the association queen, Miss Orete Dawson, was held in the Rex .Hall, Kilbirnie members of the management committee of the Football Association, Referees' Association, and the various clubs being present. Miss Dawson was introduced to the gathering by Mr. E. McQueen (chairman of the carnival committee). Miss Hazel Martin and her pupils.gave two fine exhibition dances, the "Hula Dance" being warmly .applauded. Mr. W. Munro was M.C.; ... Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. C.
