Nicaraguan residents are being threatened and large numbers of them are being repatriated. Meetings throughout Honduras are demanding war,. A students' manifesto proclaims1 "A decisive moment in our history has arrived. We can break faith with future generations or fight against the dismemberment of the Fatherland.'"
