With reference to the Press Association telegram from Auckland stating that Mr. F. K. Hunt, of Auckland, a former Stipendiary Magistrate, is proceeding to the Cook Islands, the Press Association is informed that Mr. Hunt is going to the Islands in the capacity of a Judge of the High Court of the Cook Islands to take a case pending in that territory.
