The political correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that a meeting of. Cabinet will be concerned with plans for increasing the vigilance of the British Fleet and that probably an increasing number of ships will be stationed in the Mediterranean. It may be necessary; if the attacks do not diminish, to establish a British convoy system. ' . •
