Mr. Harold Wilson, West Coast's delegate on the New Zealand Kugby League Council, has left on a three months' tour,of Canada and the United States to study local body affairs. He is Town Clerk of Newmarket, Auckland, and made.'similar investigations in Australia about four years ago. Mr. Wilson many ypars ago represented Auckland -at Rugby League besides playing for South Sydney. ... Fred. Tottey, the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) winger, who was chosen for the Kangaroos but failed to pass the final medical examination, was born in New Zealand and educated at the Hamilton High School, where he played Rugby Union, Tottey,' after being selected for the Australian team, continued to play for his club and, the result was an injury which necessitated liis missing the tour.
