(Received July 30, 11.10 a.m.) BRfSBANE, This Day. i A new Australian and New Zealand jumping record which is believed to be I a world's record was made at the Cairns Show when Mr. E. Nelson's Plain Eagle cleared 8 feet 3J inches. Plain Eagle jumped astride the top bar and turned a complete somersault, dislodging his rider. However, the top bar remained in position.
