MORE CORRESPONDENCE
(British Official Wlreluss.) (Received July 30, 1.15 p.m.) RUGBY, July 29. A memorandum from Great Britain regarding the proposed Western Pact was sent about a week ago to France, Germany, Italy, and Belgium. This: continuance of the five Powers correspondence, which has now extended over some months, reviews the present; position and carries the exchanges a stagt further by suggesting, for the consideration ,of the Powers concerned, the possibility of some expert stud;/ of certain aspects of the problem.
