Lord Hailsham leaves England 'for South America on Saturday, and is tp visit Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires,

Mr. Waller Elliot, after visiting tha Western Isles, hopes to go^to Canada.

Most Ministers, however, will spend the Parliamentary vacation in Britain, although there is no embargo on foreign holidays.
