THE COMMONS RECESS
(British Official Wireless.) (Received July 30, 1.50 p.m.) RUGBY, July. 29,
The Prime Minister (Mr. Chamber* lain) will leave London in a few days to spend a holiday in Scotland, and while in the north he will be the King's guest at Balmoral for a time.
Lord Hailsham leaves England 'for South America on Saturday, and is tp visit Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires,
Mr. Waller Elliot, after visiting tha Western Isles, hopes to go^to Canada.
Most Ministers, however, will spend the Parliamentary vacation in Britain, although there is no embargo on foreign holidays.
