AMSTERDAM, July 16.
A police statement says that activity'by crimps seeking recruits in Holland for the Spanish Government folxes has increased. Since the suppression of the Franco-Spanish frontier control twenty young Dutchmen ,hav.e mysteriously disappeared from rtliieir homes.
