GOLDSBROUGH MORT DIVIDEND.

The Stock Exchange Association received at 9 a.m. today a cablegram reading as follows:—Directors Goldsbrough, Mort announce that subject to audit of accounts for year ended March 31. last they propose to recommend a final dividend.of 6 per cent., payable in Melbourne, which with the interim dividend of 2 per cent, paid in December last will make a total distribution of 8 per cent, for the year. The ordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held on June 25.
