THE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

PARTY At LYCEUM CLUB

Lady Myers made an appeal for support for the Wellington Symphony Orchestra at a social party held.by the women's auxiliary'in .the' Lyceum Club yesterday afternoon.

"We must keep our orchestra alive. We must riot let it go out of existence," said Lady Myers. "We shouldn't have to depend upon visiting' artists to attract a good house.
