On charges of drunkenness and of committing a breach of a prohibition order, Douglas Hogg, clerk, aged 41, appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was convicted and discharged on the first count, and fined 20s and costs, in default seven days' imprisonment, on the second.
