United . Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. VALENCIA, May 18. The Minister of Finance in Senor Caballero's Ministry, Senor Juan Negrin, has formed a. Cabinet com* prising three Socialists, two Communists, two Left Republicans, one Basque Nationalist, and one Catalan Left Republican. ■ " The former Prime Minister, Senor Caballero, is not included. The new Cabinet, representing all the Popular Front parties except the Anarchists, numbers nine, compared with Senor Caballero's 15. ■ It is as .follows:— .
Senor Negrin (Socialist), Prime Minister and Minister of -Finance.
Senor Giral (Left Republican) ,'= Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Senor Prieto (Socialist), Minister of Defence. :
Senor Trujo (Basque Nationalist), Minister of Justice. , ■'.
Senor Zugazagoitia (Socialist), Minister of Interior. ■'...."■
Senor Hernandez (Communist), Minister of Education and of Health-
Senor Uribe (Communist), Minister of Agriculture. •-., .
Senor Ruis (Left Republican), Minister of Public Works and Transport. ■ '. • ■ ■ Senor Aiguade (Catalan Left Republican), Minister of Labour and Social Welfare. : -■ " _
The key post is that of Senor Prieto. He was Minister for Air and Marine in the last Cabinet and how also controls the War Office.
