A plea of not guilty did not avail Felix Mulligan, alias James McAuley, a labourer, who appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today charged with a sixth statutory offence of drunkenness. He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. , ,
