ACTORS' DISPUTE

LONDON, May 3.
One of the leading spirits in an attempt by Hollywood actors to gain recognition for the Screen Artists' Guild is the treasurer of the guild, Mr. Noel Madison (known on the stage as Nat Madison), who is at present in London. He inquired from the secretary of the British Equity Association concerning its attitude, and the secretary replied that the members of the assbciation would be instructed to refuse employment at Hollywood pending a settlement of the dispute.
