LONDON, May 3. The Bank of International Settlements in its annual report, directs attention to the fact that armament expenditure comes at the wrong time. The present phase of the business cycle j. tending to stimulate the wrong kinds of trade, namely, those already being benefited by the general recovery in business. The report adds that the world's armament expenditure is now three times that of 1913. The profit of the bank amounts to q 000 000 Swiss gold francs. A dividend of 6 per cent, is declared.
