THEFT CHARGE
PART OF SHIP'S CARGO
The theft .of a roll, of blue serge valued at £32 9s belonging' to the National Woollen Mills, Wanganui, was alleged against Arthur Harold Anderson, a waterside worker,. aged 45, in the Supreme Court today.-The material was part of a consignment to be taken from the Fordsdale at the King's Wharf on January' 23 to Wanganui. Alternatively, ;the prisoner was charged with 'receiving stolerigoods. ■ " :
Mr. -Justice Ostler'presided. The Crown Prosecutor (Mr. W. HT. Cunningham) conducted the case for the Crown, and Mr. R. Hardie Boys' appeared for Anderson. .
The case is proceeding.
