WASHINGTON, March 23.
The Senate passed the 522,000,000----dollar Naval Appropriations Bill with a few minor amendments by 64 votes to 11.
Senator G. P. Nye (Republican—Wisconsin) led the opposition, alleging that'the nation was without a definite defence policy, which was resulting in a waste of hundreds of millions of dollars.
