POST OFFICE CLOCK OVERHAUL
The Post Office clock is at present being overhauled, and it may be several days before it is working again. This is the clock's first overhaul for about 30 years, and when it was dismantled yesterday it was found that several parts were showing signs of wear and tear and would have to be renewed. The repair work is being carried out night and day,- and .the clock ..will, be reassembled at the earliest possible moment.
