MR. LEWIS CANCELS SPEECH

WASHINGTON, March 8. Refusing to penetrate the picket line of striking employees of the Willard Hotel, the so-called "Residence of Presidents," Mr. Joseph Lewis cancelled an address he was to give at a Labour Non-Partisan League meeting in the hotel's ballroom.
