DEFENCE LOANS
BILL GOES TO COMMITTEE
(Received March 10, 9.30 a.m.) ', PARIS, March 9. At a brief session of the Chamber of Deputies, the Minister of Finance, M. Auriol, submitted the Defence Loan Bill, which was referred to the Finance Committee. The preamble says that the measure shows the inflexible intentions of the Government to guarantee national security , while- safeguarding the finances. - The Bill merely authorises a loan. The rate of interest and the price of issue will not be disclosed until the issue is made.
