23 DEAD; ONE SURVIVOR
LOiroON, March 4.
A message from Perpignan says that the Greek tanker Loukia, carrying 3000 tons of oil, struck a mine almost at the same spot as the Llandovery Castle, the British liner which was mined last week, causing a terrific explosion. The petrol caught fire and the vessel sank. It is reported that.; 23 are dead. There is one survivor. '
