NAVIGATION TREATY
JAPANESE EFFORTS WITH
AUSTRALIA
TOKIO, March 4.
Mr. Horinuchi, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, has announced that negotiations are to be opened shortly for a commercial navigation treaty between Australia and Japan. He added that Japan was making an effort to conclude a barter agreement in view of the prevailing tendency of international trade relations.
