BREACH OF CONTRACT
THE GARDEN AND BRADDOCK
NEW YORK, March 5.
The Madison Square Garden Corporation has announced that it will Charge Jim Braddock with anticipatory breach of contract and seek a Federal Court injunction to force him to meet Max Schmeling on June 3.- Due to the impending suit the German has postponed his exhibition tour.
