(Received March 2, 10 a.m.) . . THE HAGUE, March 1. It is authoritatively stated that a pact with Japan is not in line with Dutch policy, and that land concessions in New Guinea will only be considered individually and not collectively.

. It was suggested in the Japanese Diet that Japan should conclude a nonaggression pact with Holland and also that Japan should approach Holland for permission, to lease Dutch NewGuinea.
