(Received February 26, 1 p.m.)

LONDON, February 25.

The \ Australian Associated Press agency understands that an agreement has now been reached between the British and Australian Governments in connection with an international meat conference. It was intended to hold a conference in January, but it is believed that the Commonwealth's reservations delayed the preparations. It is now hoped that a conference will meet in London before Easter.

Australia and New Zealand, as the most important meat-producing Dominions, will be separately represented, United Kingdom delegates representing the smaller Dominions.
