LOWER HUTT COURT
Cases in the Lower Hutt Court, yesterday were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry. S.M. , - Fonbeing found on licensed premises after hours, Allan Henry Cunningham was fined £1. ;■- William John Mcllvride was fined £1 for ■•failing- to-give way to traffic approaching from the right. J. F. Clemmens was convicted and ordered to pay costs for permitting a drain to be in such a state as lo be dangerous to health.
