LIVESTOCK BILL
LONDON, January 21. The House of Commons read the Livestock Bill a second time by 240 votes to 106. Mr. H. Rainsbotham. Minister of Pensions, replying to the debate, said preparation for an international conference and an Empire Council for the regulation of beef imports were advanced.
