WELLINGTON TOURNEY

Eighteen rinks from the Wellington Bowling Club met on the club's two greens today for the president's and vice-president's one-day rinks tournament, three games of section play being arranged. The greens were both in good order, and although the wind was difficult at times, the standard of play was reasonably high. The players were divided into four sections, and when the section winners have been found after three games of sixteen heads, post-section play will be continued to decide the winning rink.
