FURTHER SEIZURE
SPANISH MERCHANT SHIP
WARNING TO THE KOENIGSBERG (Received January 4, 2.30 p.m.; LONDON, January 3. The representative of the British United Press Agency at Santander says that the Koenigsberg seized oil Santona the Spanish merchantman Marta Junquera on her way to Santander from Bilbao with foodstuffs, and refused to release her despite the presence of loyalist submarines. The Governor, Senor Olazaran, sent a wireless message to the Koenigsberg's commander demanding the release of the vessel in the name of the legitimate Government, adding that otherwise aggression may provoke serious measures.
